Sarah Shrader
Sarah was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. While working as an Emergency Department nurse, Sarah attended graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where she obtained a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration. She worked with Dr. Walden at her Manhattan office for two and a half years, prior to relocating back to her home state of Texas. Sarah is excited to be working with Dr. Walden again in Austin. As Dr. Walden’s patient care coordinator, she helps patients though the surgery process. Sarah also owns & operates Fit To The Core, the first and only AntiGravity® Yoga studio in Texas. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the outdoors, teaching AntiGravity® Yoga, running, cycling, swimming and going to the lake.
Denise DeLisle
Denise grew up in Corpus Christi, but keeps returning to Austin. She received Associate degrees in both Psychology and Surgical Technology and has had the good fortune of working with several prominent Austin plastic surgeons since the 1980’s. She is currently working as Dr. Walden’s office Medical Assistant and her goal is to provide excellent care to patients, while making them comfortable and knowledgeable at the same time. Denise enjoys volunteering with Austin Smiles events both locally and on mission trips. Her two daughters and son keep her busy doling out advice, direction and plenty of fun.

Megan Strauss
Megan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Austin shortly after high school graduation in pursuit of higher education and her career goals. After studying business management, building a successful remodeling company, and simultaneously working in the medical field, Megan decided to return to school. She is currently working on a masters degree in Healthcare Administration and uses her skills on a daily basis to direct the operations of Dr. Walden's already busy medical practice in Austin. She spends most of her free time with friends and family enjoying the diverse fine arts culture and everything else Austin has to offer both indoors and out.
Olivia Ward
Although born in Mississippi, Olivia was raised in Houston, Texas and considers herself a Texan. She holds a Bachelors degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Alabama and two Masters degrees in Voice and Opera Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. Olivia graduated New England Conservatory of Music with one of five Presidential Distinction in Performance awards. She has performed with countless opera and symphonic companies all over the country. We are proud to announce that Olivia has recently won Season 11 of NBC's The Biggest Loser after losing 129 pounds! Olivia is helping our patients on their own journey towards health with tips on diet and exercise both pre- and post-operatively
