Good experience. They are professional and nice. I was informed all the possible complications before my procedure. The office is very quaint and clean. There are magazines and everything looks very modern. I love the whites and blues. As I walk into the actual procedure room, Lola informed me of the procedures, downtime, aftercare, and possible risks. We went ahead with it and it was smoothe and painless.

This review is for Dr. Walden and most of her staff. If I was giving a review on the rest of her staff and their "med spa" beauty services, I would have easily rated them as a one. I received some med spa services here recently and it was a HUGE waste of my time and money, as well as a lot of frustration due to a couple of her rude and unprofessional med spa staff members. The only reason I did not give Dr. Walden's office five stars is because of miscommunication issues within the office. In hindsight it could have been for several reasons, but the end result was worth it. The day of my consultation Dr. Walden was sick and couldn't meet with me, but I had spent four hours driving, so I met with a nurse anyway. Dr. Walden was kind enough to stop in to say hi and meet with me quickly, but I never had an initial consultation. I had my surgery here in July of last year and this was my first surgery. I was not told that I would need to stay within the city/close to the surgery center overnight. Looking back, it seems like common sense, but at the time I honestly had no idea, nor was told anything that even closely resembled the idea of staying overnight. I had never had surgery before and I didn't live that far away, and I was very nervous and excited and had other things on my mind (being a single-parent in a state with no family and how I'd continue work, school, and taking care of my son while recovering from surgery). The days leading up to my surgery were a bit stressful because of these reasons, but when I arrived for my surgery the stress was added on because I was told that I would need to stay overnight and I had no plans whatsoever to do so. In fact, I had a friend drive me to the doctor's office in my car, and the plan was to drive back after surgery. Regardless, Dr. Walden and her staff apologized for the miscommunication and were very accommodating. One of the nurses allowed me to stay with her overnight. She was very professional and took good care of me. I was very nervous about the surgery as I had been saving for it and researching different surgeons and procedures for the last years. Overall, I am glad that I went with Dr. Walden. I am pleased with my surgery and it is what I wanted. She is a very professional and talented woman. My only concern now is the scaring, it seems pretty bad, but again, this is my first surgery so I'm not sure what is considered normal healing. I use scar creams and bandages, but it's been almost a year and the scars are still very noticeable and textured. I do not like the scaring at all. Also, a few months after the surgery, it looks like my skin teared a bit around the implant. It is not as round as it was before, and it looks like the pocket under the muscle might have been torn. I went to see Dr. Walden and she said she couldn't see what I was talking about, but it's very obvious, especially compared to before photos. I feel like I will have to get them re-done again at some point.

Putri is wonderful is so many ways. I've been to so many dermatologists, and what I've learned from her in one session is light years beyond what I learned with over 12 years of having acne and acne scars from experts in the field and I've been to a lot of people. She is a gem!

I had the Cryo facial done here and it made my skin glow. I have been considering the laser treatment but have not yet done so for fear of some others reporting skin burns. Will update this if and when I try it. Overall a pleasant experience at Skintology.

I love my new breasts after my lift and augmentation! The results exceeded my expectations. It is one thing to look at the pictures and another to have them on your own body--Amazing. I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. I found the clinic staff to be both professional and personable. My surgery included a tummy tuck as well so I stayed overnight at the clinic and received impeccable care. I highly recommend Dr. Walden and her staff.

Dr Walden looked at my photos and gave me exactly what I wanted. I was so nervous at first but I put my trust in her and I was so glad I did. Very happy with my results and would definitely come back to her in the future. I highly recomend her work!

I went to the med spa for services and was told I would receive a follow up call 2 weeks later to see how I felt about the results. I didn't get a call so I called on week three because the results are worse than what I had before the service and I needed some advice. I was told I would receive a call the next day and did not. Unfortunately, they cannot be trusted to do what they say they are going to do. That's very basic. UPDATE: They called after I gave this review. They did not offer to look at the issue or make suggestions, but they called so I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

SculSure Review in Austin, TX - I had Sculpsure done on my upper and lower abdomen. I work out and eat clean but can't seem to get rid of my stomach. So far, about a week or so in, I'm already noticing a difference. I thought maybe it was in my head but I did a before and after photo and the picture doesn't lie. I hope the results continue and will post more photos as I go along. Also, so far I've only done one treatment because I was told that's all I'll need but I'm not opposed to doing a second treatment down the line

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Walden when she worked in NYC. I was left with a Polly beak deformity. When I voiced my concern she dismissed me. I had to have it fixed with another plastic surgeon.

Satisfied for the Most Part - Austin, TX - Though I am only at one week post-op I am very satisfied with my results and felt that the size was the perfect amount according to my body and what I desired. The staff at Dr. Walden's is amazing, very friendly, especially Kristin Gunn! I felt taken care of and they were professional. My only complaint, is sadly to say is that Dr. Walden didn't spend a lot of time with me. I suppose she is hella busy, but I don't feel like she tried to make a connection or give me the run down herself about the procedure. Also, the money being spent is huge so you'd think she would have more bedside manner. I suppose that is why they have various nurses. I don't regret any decision because regardless she is an amazing surgeon, but I felt her bedside manner lacked. Also, I'm not aware that most surgeons are like this as well. All in all I'm happy with my results.

Dr. Walden does the most expert injections I've had, and that's coming from a California girl. 😉 I have the "elevens" between my eyebrows from frowning, and I like to get them touched up about twice a year. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Walden and this friend is definitely someone who's opinion I trust, as she's had Botox at several places in Austin. Since I'm relatively young, I like to do just a little bit, to achieve as natural of a look as possible. It was like Dr. Walden read my mind. She did just a tiny bit between my brows, and also suggested some on my (very faint) forehead lines. She said if I did my forehead now I won't need any more for a couple years at least. I trusted her, and I'm super pleased with the results. It was pretty painless, the results were quick and subtle, just how I wanted. Dr. Walden was quite intuitive and I will definitely be returning to her office for my next injections.

The staff is professional and direct. The consult gave me adequate information about the procedure I wanted, and they were quick to provide an estimate which seemed reasonable, and never changed. Dr. Walden is experienced and no nonsense. Her office seems to be a well oiled machine, and I'm happy with the results of her work.

Dear Dr. Walden, Dr. Walden has a very special way of making you feel important. I always felt in good hands. She is very personable with her clients, and I always felt I had direct communication with her anytime I needed, and that is rare to find. I felt very self-conscious about my small saggy breasts, and she gave me my desired cup size along with a lift. I feel and look like a new woman who is much more confident. I can wear anything I want now, and the best part is my breasts look natural. I want to sincerely thank you for the wonderful surgery and results. I am healing very nicely. For Many years I had gone back and forth with the idea of getting Breast Augmentation. Finally I decided that this was what I really wanted and was going to follow through with it. The only problem now…was finding the right doctor. Once meeting Dr. Jennifer Walden I had no doubt in my mind that she would be the one to complete the procedure. She made me feel so comfortable with her from start to finish. She is so warm and welcoming. Any questions I had regarding surgery, pain, and recovery were all answered. I was never left guessing. After the surgery I experienced the normal recovery pains that I was well aware of and prepared for. If at any time post surgery during recovery I needed her she was reached and got back to me within minutes, whether it was during office hours or not. Now, One Year After my surgery…I am more than happy with the results. I get so many compliments on them. I hear from many people that the surgery was done so well that they could pass for my real breasts. I have so much more confidence in myself and I wouldn't change this experience for the world. I owe it all to Dr. Walden. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. If at any time in the future I decided to have any other type of plastic surgery done, the only doctor I would see would be her. I've never felt this sure about any other doctor I have been to. If there was a way to make her my primary doctor for all medical needs, I would do it in a heart beat!! Thank you so much Dr.
