I was nervous about getting Botox and fillers. Until I met Isis Harris. Isis explained all I needed to know about the process and eased my trepidation. I have been a consistent customer for 2 years now. Isis’ work is beyond compare. There is no one else I would ever let touch my face. She listens to what I want and the results are always natural looking. She is an artist and I am beyond pleased that I found her.
I love Skintology! The office is clean and everyone on staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. I’ve been getting treatments with Isis, and I think she’s the absolute best. She’s a wonderful person and a thoroughly knowledgeable pro; I feel comfortable working with her and I trust her judgement and expertise. I’ve been extremely pleased with the results from my visits. Highly recommended!
Dr. Walden did a great job with my (male) rhinoplasty. Not only am I very happy with the results (though it’s been less than two weeks, so there’s still a lot of swelling), but the recovery was almost completely pain free (with medication). I was pleasantly surprised given the number of accounts I’d read of discomfort during the first week of recovery. Of course, with the bruising and bandages I still looked like hell, but felt fine. Also, I found her staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Elizabeth and Christy (overnight nurse). Georgia did a great job with the anesthesia.
Isis is THE best I’ve found in Manhattan. It’s been a really pleasant experience every time I’ve gone to this office from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. I’m so happy I have found my place!
I had an amazing experience at skintology. This spa is beautiful. I had a consultation with PA Mervat. She is so knowledgeable, honest and Amazing. I got botox and fillers. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I look so natural! Thank you so much Skintology! I will be back.
A beautiful office, very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Lola is amazing! She is the best! I have been getting treatments with Lola for a few years now, and I am in my late 50s and my skin has made a huge turnaround. I trust her with all of the lasers and other treatments she has given me: IPL; Genesis; Morpheus8; Dermaplanning; Hydrafacial and Hair Laser Removal on the face and body. She also recommended skin products care. All I can say is my skin is GLOWING! I get so many compliments. I am also getting with Lola, Cool-sculpting on the abdomen and flanks, Nuera skin tightening on my arms, thighs and I am thrilled with the results. Lola is very talented and I highly recommend her. Beginning to end I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Walden and the entire staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly: happy to answer any questions you have during the consultation and afterward. The comprehensive nature of care given is superb. The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery and aftercare. 10/10 would recommend.
I *LOVE* this place. I come here for laser genesis and adult acne treatments, and will soon be beginning glycolic peels here too. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin, because apparently turning 30 means your hormones go buckwild crazy and decide to make your face sensitive, dry, and acne prone. Lovely. Szenobia, the med aesthetician is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I wish I could bring her with me everywhere. She has an extensive knowledge of skin, lasers, treatments and products, and really cares about her clients. The last time I came in for laser genesis, (I thought my skin seemed fine but) she told me she felt my skin was too dry and sensitive, and didn’t feel comfortable performing the treatment on me. I APPRECIATE THAT HONESTY SO MUCH!! This, to me, means that she is more concerned with my skin health and attaining optimal results for me rather than trying to sell me a bunch of treatments and products. She gave me samples of things to use, and really helped me to rethink my entire approach to skincare, now that I’m 30 and my skin is apparently a hormonal teenager. She wrote out an entire regimen for me, and always has space in her schedule for me. Szenobia, you have my loyalty. She’s why I come back! Outside of that, the front desk staff - in particular the young man soon going to med school - are extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The facilities are clean, beautiful, and never crowded. It’s easy to get to, and they sell high end (AND HIGHLY EFFECTIVE) products to take home. They also offer a WIDE variety of treatments, and are happy to work out an affordable price package for you. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!
SculpSure, Kybella, laser hair removal and high tech facials like HydraFacial, I’ve tried all of them here at Skintology. My esthetician of choice is Lola, she is very professional and personable, always makes sure that I’m comfortable and we chat about travels and nails and everything in between which makes time goes by faster when I’m doing treatments. It’s also very easy to make appointment with emailing the front desk. I love Skintology.
So happy I found skintology! This location is very bright, clean, and welcoming. I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff upon arrival. After filling out some paper work Isis came to greet me. Shes an absolute doll! So knowledgeable and a true artist! I had 1 syringe of restylane put in to my lips. My lips are full to begin with but my top lip tends to disappear when I smile. She did a perfect job enhancing the corners of my lip and cupids bow just the right amount. Im obsessed with the results! The best med spa experience I have had! Will definitely be back soon I cant wait to get my next facial here. Thank you so much for an incredible experience 🙂
I really loved the idea of so many beauty treatments. They have nice availability, I wanted to do the free consultation with the treatment and they were able to book it for me within short notice Place is very clean and staff and super nice, polite and helpful. I had the coolsculpting done, the person who did it told me results are usually withing 6 weeks. So I’ll keep you posted in mid November. I attached a menu with all prices! Go and treat yourself! You deserve it
I love the whole staff at Skintology! They are warm, knowledgable, professional and always welcoming. (Kyle at the front desk is an absolute delight!) And my biggest shout-out goes to Isis the aesthetic nurse practitioner who is nothing short of amazing. I tell her every time that she is some magic combination of artist and scientist, and in my opinion this work requires both skill sets to get the best results. Isis is incredibly detail-oriented, always looking carefully to see where she can make the most impact (I have had Botox and different fillers from Isis, all spectacular) in restoring youthful contours to your individual features. As a licensed nurse she also truly understands the human anatomy, which makes me feel confident in her suggestions. She lets you know why she recommends whatever she thinks is best for you, and at every step takes the time to ensure that you fully understand her strategies. The results for me have been nothing short of miraculous. I repeat: Isis is amazing.
Amazing experience! I had a scar on my face that I was very self conscious about. With the micropigmentation (1st round) I immediately feel people don’t notice it anymore. Highly recommended.

Good experience. They are professional and nice. I was informed all the possible complications before my procedure. The office is very quaint and clean. There are magazines and everything looks very modern. I love the whites and blues. As I walk into the actual procedure room, Lola informed me of the procedures, downtime, aftercare, and possible risks. We went ahead with it and it was smoothe and painless.
Wow. All I can say is that this is the most professional place I've been that has such a high variety of offerings. Isis (the name of the woman who helped me, obviously) was so patient and really listened to my concerns and really LOOKED AT MY FACE to figure out how to fix it. The prices were reasonable, even inexpensive for New York, and honestly if I ever need anything, a facial, hair removal, whatever, I'm going back. Just excellent. I'd give them more stars if I could.

I've had multiple Sculpsure treatments last year and love them! So I started this year again for some more sessions on my abdomen and waist. Yana my esthetician, is very knowledgeable about laser treatments and also nice, we always find something to chat about during my 25 minute session. I love sculpsure and especially sculpsure at Skintology.

Lovely place, fantastic service! I visited the spa to get an IV peel performed by Yana. The procedure went very well although I was a little nervous at first. Yana really calmed me down and patiently went through all the steps that she was going to perform. She was very attentive to all my needs and really made sure that I was comfortable with everything she did. She knew exactly what she was doing which made me feel at ease. I am definitely coming back to this place soon!

I have discovered Skintology back in June 2018 through Groupon and I have since become a happy customer. I have had Coolsculpting and a number of Sculpsure sessions done, as well as several laser procedures, with very good, noticeable results. Aside from providing customers with a comprehensive list of effective treatments, Skintology stands out for me because of the way they try to accommodate their clients with their wishes and requests: the staff and the technicians provided me with knowledgeable suggestions about the procedures I was interested in in a sincere, friendly manner. Yana is great, honest and personable, Lola is a pleasant lady, too. Throw in a great number of specials, the cleanliness of the establishment , friendly and efficient people working there and you've got a solid, decent place for your aesthetic needs. I have never done a review before but I chose to review Kristin Gunn because great reviews were the reason I chose her, so I thought it was only fair, as she did not disappoint. For over three years I drove more than three hours roundtrip to get my botox done by Kristin (every 3-4 months.) There are several Botox places in my area, but I repeatedly went to Kristin because she is the best! She has a knack for creating beautiful natural arches in my brows, which also lifts my droopy eyelids. Beautiful! I have received more "you're so gorgeous" compliments than when I was in my 20s and 30s. WOW! Kristin has excellent bedside manners, and pays attention to detail. There were times when I thought I needed treatment in other areas of my face, and she assured me that I didn't. This is another reason why I respect her as it's not about the money, but what's best for her client. She also Support Our Troops. Thank you Kristin!!! Friday was my last appointment with Kristin for now as I am unfortunately moving to another state, but I will definitely see her for my Botox whenever I visit Central Texas. BTW, both her old and new offices are chic, relaxing inside with beautiful views outside. The staff also make the visits enjoyable.

Kristin Gunn for Botox is the only place to go. She is informative and results were superior to my results from the Dermatologist.

She was working at a teaching hospital here in NY where she trained surgeons how to do a myriad of different cosmetic procedures. Everything was successful and I was very impressed with the results. I never had any complications what-so-ever. I was given a natural result. Dr. Walden's skill level surpassed my expectations. And almost 10 years later I'm still enjoying the results. Sometime after the procedure Dr. Walden left NY and began practicing in Austin. Unfortunately, out of convenience, I began using a different surgeon in NY. The only good thing that came out of using a new surgeon was that I met Isis Harris! If you don't know Isis Harris, she happens to be the best injector in NY and she is excellent with all cosmetic dermatologic treatments. Fast forward to 2018, Isis leaves her previous place of employment and teams up with Skintology!!!! So now we have Dr. Walden and Isis Harris together at the same practice in NYC!!! This is the dream team of cosmetic treatments. You really can't get much better than this! So, I immediately booked an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Walden. And we met for the second time, almost 10 years later!!! It was so emotional for me because I couldn't believe she was actually in NY. I couldn't believe I was going to have her work with me again! I absolutely love Dr. Walden and Isis Harris. I would follow them to the end of the Earth just so I don't have to go anywhere else. I can rave on and on but I think I've conveyed my point. I'm just so thankful to have the ability to be treated by both of these wonderful women!

I wish I went to you. Was crossing my mind for months and made a mistake with another facial plastic surgeon in town to fix my deviated septum. The regret pains me. Will trust my gut next time. Looks like such an amazing practice. Next time for sure.

I have been to many dermatologists and estheticians for this issue, and in the past I have felt misled. I don’t feel as though she is ever up-selling me, and I never feel pressured with treatment. She is modest with and really seems to care about your specific concerns. She is extremely well versed with skincare and various treatments in regards to downtime, risks, results, etc. She is super responsive, and available if you have any questions even after hours. For this reason alone I feel like she really cares about her patients and their outcomes. Overall I would highly recommend Tammy for all of your skincare and beauty needs!

It was my first time visiting a medspa. As a man I was little apprehensive. Kristina did a great job of making me feel comfortable and I also had a chance to meet the owner, Dr. Jennifer Walden. Dr. Walden was educational in talking to me about the different services they offered and what would be best for me. I had the gentleman's facial and look forward to my next appointment.
Updating my review because I finally pulled the trigger and booked my procedure! Life got in the way, and over two years later went back to Dr. Walden's office for another consultation. Still blown away by the professionalism of Dr. Walden and her staff. Will update again following my procedure in February.
I truly can't thank Dr. Walden and her staff enough for their level of patience, professionalism and honesty. I had been to a few consultations with other doctors and always walked away with a feeling of uncertainty. From the moment I walked into Dr. Walden's office her staff made me feel incredibly at ease with this life-changing decision. After nursing two babies for two years my breasts were in a sad sad state of affairs. I had a nipple reduction and breast augmentation and I truly couldn't be happier with the results. Tracey Grant took AMAZING care of me! It was my first time getting injections, I’ve looked around for a qualified injection specialist for awhile. I went this morning for a consultation and immediately went into the procedure. She first made sure what my goal was, and made me feel so comfortable in the process. No pressure. And she really wanted my lips to look beautiful and natural...which she did! I’m in love with the results. I am definitely going back in the future! I would only recommend this place if you want a sweet staff... genuine concern for your procedure... and a smooth and informative experience!

I did Ultherapy in December and I’ve been waiting to write a review because the results are still showing every single day. I was treated by Lola, who explained everything to me before the treatment.She said that it’s a good option instead of going for surgery. She told me that result will be realy visible in 3 month, but after 2 weeks i noticed the my jaw line was much tighter and my crows feet were less noticeable. Today , After 4 month I went for exiles skin tightening on my neck and face and again i loved the procedure. It feels soothing and I feel refreshed and like new again. I’m very happy whit the results and the care that I received upon each visit. thank you Skintology I will come visit again

Heard they have more than one machine so decided to check it out. I did Coolsculpting on both my outer thighs at the same time and seeing good results already 5 weeks after. Nice spa. Nice staff. Been here for a couple treatments now

I wanted a simple procedure done so I had a friend tell me how happy she was with the Dr.Walden cosmetic technicians so I made an apt on 5656 Bee Caves rd. I had to fill out several pages of history about my overall health. I liked the fact they were careful so if I had a reaction the staff and technicians would know my medical history....... a major plus. Kristin today was my technician remarkable results so happy. I will be a regular at this location in the future they had a discount on the filler. I love it very little pain and just grateful. I love the fact the Kristen was personable and nice so I could establish a trusting longstanding relationship. I want to try other procedures in the future they can do about anything you want. For your information they actually have two offices one main surgical building and the other building is walking distance which is Building D. The staff is very personable not the fake smiles in other cosmetic surgeons offices where they sort of do a parade of false results and anticipation. I felt very comfortable and finally at home type setting. I posted photos but one negative is the parking good luck finding a spot you may have to beat down the elderly pulling in front of you just to take your spot after waiting for 20 minutes, lol. So be confident you made a great decision coming here.
I went for 2 procedures in Skintology office - Coolsculpting on upper legs and for SCULPSURE on stomach. The office is very clean and everyone is very professional. Both procedures and the process were explained in detail to me. Very pleased with my results. Definitely will be coming back for more areas. They also do other skin treatments and hair removal. Absolutely loved this! I did my first laser treatment at Skintology (never done it in my life) and I am happy with the results. It does work! I had a lot of questions before the treatment and technicians explained how it works and I really appreciated how patient they were. They always have specials so you can get a good deal. Looking forward to having more treatments!

She took her time and explained everything to me before doing my laser hair removal for my Brazilian area.I have searched, called and looked up several places and I must say Ina was great and friendly setting up my appointment and preparing me for what to expect. Unbelievable! I am so grateful for my already LIFE CHANGING vaginal rejuvenation treatment with the Fem touch laser offered at Dr Jennifer Walden/ Skin and Tonic! You don't realize what you get used to until it's not there anymore. I had become accustomed to getting up (restroom) 2 to 3 times a night- interrupting my precious rest... this morning when I got up I realized I have not done that since my treatment. I normally don't write reviews, because I never make the time. However, I read reviews all the time. I just had such amazing treatments here recently that I wanted to spread the word myself. All I can say is Tracey is AMAZING! I am 40ish and have been getting Botox off and on for the last 8-10 years at a few different places. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Tracey's attention to detail and genuine care are exactly what all injectors/nurses (not sure what the correct titles are) should strive to be. I told her I wanted a light and refreshed look and that is EXACTLY what I got. It had been so long since I was able to look in the mirror and be happy with the results. I'm so happy!! She also has been doing some scar revision and again so darn good! She takes the time to ask questions and spends the time making sure she has covered the whole scar. And then there is the office itself. Everyone from scheduling to check out is just so professional and friendly:)

Yesterday I did microblading for the first time ever at the 57th st location with the owner & esthetican Gina who has been doing this for 20 yrs! My experience: I was put into the treatment room after filling out paperwork & consent forms and then topical cream was applied to my eyebrows, after waiting for I believe 20 minutes Gina came into the room and measured my brows. I truly wanted a fuller but natural look or to better explain, how my eyebrows look tinted and to make them even! She was able to help me figure out the best shape for my eyebrows and make them even! Thankfully due to the topical cream I felt 0 pain! Thank you Skintology!! See you guys soon

I received great service. I got the co2 laser for acne scars and the results were great. Co2 was done very well by Lola. I recommend it to anyone.(edit) I only wrote this review to save 50 bucks. This was a waste of my money. I found a much better doctor who gave me amazing results.
Had a hydrafacial done today by Coco and she always does a amazing job! I have PRP, hydrafacial, botox, and hyaluronic injections done regularly and as instructed. I have not met Dr. Walden...yet. But I have had procedures to remove solar lentigines (oversized freckles) by Courtney Grant and, I am pleased with the results. I had one full face BBL procedure and two subsequent BBL/Microlaserpeel procedures for a real stubborn spot. I appreciate that Courtney has been cautious about not overtreating my face, and thus I haven't had any adverse effects after each procedure.
I have not met Dr. Walden...yet. But I have had procedures to remove solar lentigines (oversized freckles) by Courtney Grant and, I am pleased with the results. I had one full face BBL procedure and two subsequent BBL/Microlaserpeel procedures for a real stubborn spot. I appreciate that Courtney has been cautious about not overtreating my face, and thus I haven’t had any adverse effects after each procedure.

I moved to Austin from Houston a little over a year ago and hit the jack pot when I met Tracey Grant! I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing someone to inject botox/dysport. She's the best injection specialist i've ever had! I started getting dysport in my Glabella when I was 25 because I always looked like i was frowning. I've been told by every injection specialist that I have a super strong and "stubborn" Glabella and have never been satisfied with the results anyone else has given me until I met Tracey! She's literally made it perfect now. I love the way I look 🙂 It took a few appointments to get the amount I needed right but it's only because she starts low and adds in as needed! She is very thorough and always follows up with me to make sure I'm happy with my results. I went to see Kristin for my first time ever getting lip fillers, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Walden and her staff. I've been seeing Kristin regularly for Botox and Restylane Silk for almost a year. She is truly an artist with injections. I'm 26 and I get Botox for my RBF (I was tired of people always asking me if I was upset), 11's and expression lines on my forehead. I'm very expressive and Kristin always gets it perfect - I still have enough movement in my forehead to look like myself without worrying about deep lines in the future! I also have naturally full lips but have noticed a small loss in volume and have always wanted my Cupid's bow slightly more defined. We did a micro lip and I'm obsessed with the results. My lips just look like my natural lips when I used lip liner. She also isn't kidding when she tells you to let her fix things if you don't love he results. I had some lumps and slight unevenness due to my natural lip shape and she was MORE than happy to fix them (free of charge). Kristin is a perfectionist and an injection expert. I've also seen Dr. Walden's laser specialist, Courtney. Let me tell you, this gal has changed my life and has so much compassion. I've suffered from adult acne for the past 3 years. I had perfect skin before this started. I went in for a consult with Courtney about 4 months ago when my acne was at its worst because I had read about some laser treatments helping acne. She was straight up with me and really broke the treatments down by what they can and can't help with. Absolutely no bullshit. She suffered from acne herself and also brought Dr. Walden into my consult to look at my skin even though my appointment was just with Courtney. Long story short, my PCP had been trying to get me to try a topical that interacted with one my dermatologist had me on. Courtney and Dr. Walden urged me to talk to my PCP about it again after going through what I was currently using since he had been following acne even though I was seeing a dermatologist for it and once my skin healed, we would do a micro laser peel to help with my uneven texture and pigmentation from the acne. I just went in on Friday for my micro peel with Courtney and I couldn't be happier with the results. She gave me back my face. If I hadn't gone for that initial consult, I probably would still be seeing my old dermatologist and my PCP would still be trying to convince me to give his treatment recommendation a shot. The picture is of the micropeel (you can also see my lips in it too though, super natural!). The left is immediately prior to the procedure and the right is today (Wednesday), which is 6 days post-peel. Courtney changed my life. I know it sounds silly but she really did. There were days when my acne was so bad (I'm a picker, which does me no favors!) that I had to take a sick day from work or I would cancel plans because I was too ashamed to leave the house since no amount of makeup could cover the open acne sores. Oh and as a bonus, the front desk girls are AMAZING! They are adorable and I love seeing them whenever I come in for an appointment or to get more Elta MD and Ormedic lip (the BEST lip balm ever!).
I went to a couple locations before deciding to go through with getting my first body-type augmentation. I got lip fillers from Kristin and she also added some botox because I had concerns about some faint lines I was staring to see (I'm 23)I was really concerned about looking like a clown because the internet can be a scary place, but Kristen reassured me and made me feel comfortable. She was welcoming of questions and said we would start off with a low injection for the lips and I could come back in a couple weeks if I wanted. So I will be going back tomorrow for another injection. Can't wait!
I've spent so much money in the Austin area over the years getting Botox and fillers. Being unexperienced, I went with what's suggested and have paid the price. I went to Kristin after a bad experience with NO results from Beautful Solutions. She was so gracious and offered to touch up the areas with Botox at NO charge due to her feeling bad for me. I was shocked. Since then I've gone back for the needeling and hydro facial with Coco.I also went back for more fillers. Kristen offers me what I need instead of overselling selling me.I highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a sweet smile by the receptionists and asked if I wanted something to drink. The office was beautiful, and professionally decorated. My Botox appointment was much anticipated as I've followed Kristin's blog for years. She did not disappoint. It took me 2 weeks to get in, but I've never had Botox so good. It was on time, quick and I was not oversold. The only small issue is that the laser provider Cortney took about 3 minutes to perform my treatment for hair reduction. Time will tell if this treatment worked. She was nice, but def preoccupied. I will return for other aesthetic treatments as well as a consult with Dr. Walden. This office is impressive, strong women unite! There is even a Girl Power painting in the hallway!
Some things are worth the money. A Micro-Laser Peel with Courtney Grant is worth the money! I don't have awful skin, but I don't have skin that gets daily compliments either. You know what I mean?...those gals that just glow; the ones that have the pregnancy glow even when they are not pregnant. You know what I'm talking about. Well, that's what happened after my peel. First off, I had no idea how much sun damage etc. I had until my skin started shedding off old layers of skin. What a difference! My first night out after the peeling was done, I received FOUR compliments! I didn't tell anyone I had something done, so it was unsolicited. As for the treatment/procedure. It wasn't as bad as expected. I didn't even need numbing cream. Courtney made me feel so at ease and started me off on the lower end of the peel scale so we could see how my skin would react/heal. Which let me tell you is huge, because we all have different skin -- you want someone you can trust and someone that's not like a robot, doing the same treatment on every single person walking through the door. Courtney is honest, sooo sweet and really knowledgeable. I now trust Courtney with my skin 100%. I can't wait to go back in!
This place is awesome! Kristin is the best injector in Austin! Love her. I also have had SculpSure done there which melts fat for good in 25 minutes So they have a lot of new devices for sure. I have consulted with Dr Walden for liposuction that I will do when I have the downtime. She was knowledgeable and personable with me. I'm a regular here!!

My experience with Dr. Jennifer Walden is one I feel compelled to share. A little history...years ago I developed a disease in one of my eyes. Over the years I have had 6 reparative surgeries. I came to Dr. Walden and asked her to do another corrective surgery. That however, is only half of my story. I also asked Dr. Walden to perform a facelift during the same surgery which I knew would also be complicated by virtue of my surgical history. Dr. Walden read through the records which I supplied her. She agreed to take on the challenge. After 12 long uninterrupted hours of surgery Dr. Walden achieved the precision and artistry for which she is known. The blephroplasty /canthoplasty on my eyes and the facelift are beyond my expectations! Dr. Walden is the finest plastic surgeon I have ever had the good fortune to encounter and I venture to say she is the finest Austin has had the good fortune to claim! I received a 'Halo' laser treatment and my skin has never looked better!!! Courtney, the laser specialist, was wonderful in every way - very personable, courteous and professional. She kept me extremely well-informed before, during and after the process, and the office visit overall was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. There is a bit of a recovery/healing process post-treatment, but it is very worth it and I highly recommend! An especially effective treatment if you tend to have a dull, blotchy or uneven complexion and really minimizes hyperpigmentation and broken capillaries. Worth it!!

I am positive Jennifer Walden, MD was the best choice for my breast reduction and breast lift. I did go for consults with two other plastic surgeons. I wanted to make an educated and informed decision. Dr Walden was my third consult. I knew that I would choose Dr Walden during the consultation. I felt that she understood my discomfort and embarrassment regarding my large sagging breasts. She took time and explained exactly what the surgery would involve and the expected results. I love my new small breasts! Dr Walden minimized the incisions that were necessary. I decided on surgery because I had a constant rash under my breasts. The rash and sores actually bled frequently. My skin was always wet under my breasts. I am Thrilled that I no longer have any rash!I stay dry! I have had several positives that I had not considered prior to surgery. I feel like I look so much better! My breasts are in proportion with my petite frame. I do not buy xlarge tops to fit my breasts but are too big everywhere else. I wear comfortable bras! NO underwire bras! I used to remove my bras driving home. I never wore bras at home. They were uncomfortable and just rubbed on the rash and existing sores under my breasts. My neck and shoulder pain has decreased. My experience has been perfect. Starting with Brooke at the reception desk and every other woman who has been involved with my care. I love the fact that the entire office staff is female. Dr Walden does have an extended wait time for a consult. I believe it is a reflection of the quality of her sculpting and the support of the entire staff. Dr Walden is worth the wait time!
I drive all the way from Houston to see Kristin Gunn. She's amazing! I had some poor experiences at other places for Botox, so I'm very thankful for Kristin. She's definitely worth the drive! I had my BA with the wonderful Dr. Walden. I must say that my results have exceeded my expectations. Having debated for over 1.5 yr. I simply could not find a doctor with the same vision I had in mind. The placement was perfect.! I have a natural cleavage without having to wear a bra. Having a natural result was my main goal after safety of course. This is why I chose to pick her as my final choice surgeon. Kristin Gunn is amazing! I got a BBL and she was very careful to explain the procedure and what to expect. She also made me feel at ease as I didn't really know what to expect. The BBL went very smoothly and I was able to put makeup on and go meet a date for lunch! I will continue to look forward to her suggestions for skin care since I feel she is so knowledgeable! Kristin Gunn is THE best in town. I have never felt better in my own skin. I went to see her for a BBL laser treatment and could not be more pleased with the results. I absolutely LOVE coming to Dr. Jennifer Walden's office. I see Kristin Gunn for my Botox and foto facials (for hyper pigmentation) and she is the BEST!!!! She doesn't overdo it and my results are always so natural!! Her prices are great as well...$10/unit compared to most places that charge $12! The office atmosphere is great...very clean and stylish and the staff is awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend Kristin and Dr. Walden!

Kristin Gunn, I've known her for three years, the best looking years of my life. She is the reason my age is consistently thought to be 15 YEARS YOUNGER than I am. I have gone to Kristin Gunn for over 2 years for fillers and Botox. Kristin is by far the best injectionist in Austin! What I love most about Kristin is that she really listens to what you want and then is honest about what you need. I have also been to Coco for Micro-Needling and she does a great job as well.
I'm a BIG fan of Kristen Gunn!! Before going to Kristen I was insecure about my newly aging mid-30's skin. After several consultations with various Med Spas I was convinced that I needed fillers, botox, cheek implants and hundreds of dollars on products. I was convinced of this because that is what I was told. I feel very very lucky that I found Kristen. She took one look at me and showered me with compliments. I explained that I've always used organic products and opted for a natural look. She reassured me that there are other alternatives to injectables and at my age, I could easily hold off on that approach (this is coming from an esthetician who specializes in injectables). I have been going to her for 3 years now for dermaplaning and facials. I use the Image products which has helped greatly with fine lines and dry skin. Whatever your see Kristen for, you can rest assured you are in good hands. Kristen's approach is gentle, kind, honest, complimentary and caring. I feel much more confident then I did 3 years ago about my skin. I've accepted and grown into my wrinkles more. This is my 2nd visit to Dr. Walden's office. I got a BBL treatment and injections 1 month ago from Kristen. It was an awesome experience! Kristen is so knowledge, professional, and personable. I totally trust her judgment and expertise. Unfortunately, the BBL treatment did not reduce my brown spots or broken capillaries. So I returned for a follow-up BBL treatment with Courtney, who was wonderful. She increased the intensity, so I hope to see some good results this time! BTW, Kristen mentioned to Dr. Walden that I hadn't gotten much benefit from my initial BBL treament, and Dr. Walden said that they would not charge me for today's visit. How generous is that?! I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Dr. Walden's office. I intend to continue to come here for all my skin care needs.

Six weeks ago, I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Jennifer Walden. Dr. Walden and her staff having been nothing short of incredible from my first phone call, the consultation, the pre op, the surgery, and post op. Truly, amazing! The office itself is beautifully decorated but with a very cozy vibe. I love that it's an all female crew, with each staff member being very professional and warm at the same time. Dr. Walden did an absolutely incredible job on my breasts. I was just telling my husband, that my breasts look exactly like the 3D images I had decided on! I had done extensive research on plastic surgeons prior to my consult with her, and upon meeting her knew she was the one. I have had two procedures by Dr Walden and have been extremely pleased both times. I am an RN myself and have worked in plastics for years. I will say that Dr Walden is as thorough and particular as they come- she is 100% dedicated to her patients having the very best result possible. What I really appreciate about her is how candid and honest she is. I originally came in thinking I needed a certain procedure and she thankfully pointed me in a much better direction. I have always had great conversation with her staff- they are friendly and welcoming. Dr Walden is BUSY and very much in demand in Austin. I went in yesterday for some filler for my chin - concerned with the tiny wrinkles that keep appearing - and met with Kristin Gunn. She took a ton of time to visit and talk about my concerns, and settled on the appropriate filler for me. It is the next day - hasn't even been 24 hours - and the results are automatic. I love it. Completely smoothed out the tiny (but many) wrinkles I detest. SHe is gentle and patient and I didn't bleed or bruise AT ALL. Highly recommend Kristin Gunn at Dr. Jennifer Walden's office.
Dr. Walden is a total professional. I've had Botox a couple of times, mostly as a preventative just here and there. I've always been super careful about my skincare regime, from a young age. I came to Dr. Walden seeking some preventative advice for my 20-something skin just out of curiosity and wanting to be proactive. I spend a lot of time in the sun and like to think I'm good at using sunscreen, but have never sought out a professional opinion. I made an appointment for a consultation and met with Dr. Walden last week. The office was welcoming and professional, yet comfortable. I filled out my paperwork, which was very thorough, and was called back shortly after. I met with Kristen Gunn to kind of summarize what I was here for. Basically, I just wanted to know if it's too early for botox or if continuing my spf application is good for now. She was so nice, and addressed all of my questions from an understanding point of view. Dr. Walden then came in for my consultation. She advised that botox would not be necessary yet (which I so appreciated the honesty). She also recommended different skin care products I could use that are a preventative for aging, and that I should check back in at around 26 or 27. She told me that vitamin C along with staying well-hydrated and regular makeup removal every night would be the best things for me at this time. I'm so glad I went and had this experience! I will definitely be recommending any friends I know with skin concerns to Dr. Walden.
I went to Dr. Walden because I heard from multiple sources she was the best. Then I meet her during my consultation and she's more kind than I expected and i knew she had to be my Dr. She heard what I wanted and helped me think about my decision by telling me what to expect. She definitely helped me be more calm when it came to my breast augmentation . I ended up booking my sugery a month and later and when I went in she knew exactly what I wanted and did just that. I had no bruising and I recovered a lot faster than I expected. It's been 3 months since then and I am a happy customer. My breast are exactly what I asked for and I would strongly recommend her.
For years I contemplated having a breast aug but didn't know where to start and was nervous of the outcome. I was immediately intrigued with Dr Walden because she is a female surgeon and felt that a woman would have the best idea of what I wanted my breasts to look like. The before and after pictures were great and seemed super natural. After getting to know her I knew she would be my surgeon. At my consultation the nurse and dr made me feel comfortable and I was able to get all my questions answered. They had a really cool 3D imaging thing to show what the implants would look like on me since I had to use two different sized implants to balance things out. On surgery day I was nervous but the staff quickly put me at ease and got me ready. As someone who had never had any surgeries in her life and didn't know what to expect, the recovery was not bad at all. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Walden to anyone I know!!
Don't go anywhere else! After having my first Botox experience at a different clinic in Austin weeks prior with not much result, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Walden, who was highly recommended to me by a co-worker. I could tell immediately when I got to her office it would be an entirely different experience. The office is welcoming, chic, and professional. Kristen Gunn did my consultation, and she was completely thorough and understanding of what I was dealing with. I felt so at ease talking with her, as she was clearly very confident and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Walden looked at where I had the injections done previously, and Dr. Walden explained that everyone's facial muscles are different, and that causes lines to form differently for everyone. She went over the muscular make-up of the brow region and analyzed my expression to determine where I specifically would see better results from injecting. It all made perfect sense, and we decided to do a touch-up to include these new sites. Wow. What a total difference it made! It felt like a total correction, and what I was going for the first time. Next time I will obviously go straight to Dr. Walden, a true professional and injection pro. So impressed by this whole staff and experience. Thank you again.

I first became a fan of Dr. Walden at her practice in Manhattan, New York. I went in for a consultation for breast augmentation several years ago, and upon meeting her I knew she was the write surgeon for me. She's warm, patient, extremely knowledgable and helps you feel completely at ease with your procedure. Several years later, both her and I have moved from New York and unfortunately not to the same state. 🙁 I'm absolutely pleased, even years later with my procedure and only wish she had a local office in Miami so that I could have her here for all of the touch ups I'd like performed now. My experience at Dr. Waldens was fantastic!! I had 2 consults at other facilities in town, but choose Dr. Walden to do my Breast Augmentation and Eyelid Surgery. She made me feel like she understood what I wanted to achieve. She was warm and friendly, easy to talk to , and took time the answer all my questions. I ended up having the procedure at her on site surgery center and her staff was super friendly and caring. My surgery came out amazing! I would definelty recommend her to anyone who is considering plasttic surgery. Shes THE BEST!
My friend and I signed up for botox consultations at Dr Walden's practice. I had no idea what the outcome of my consultation would be, and have secretly always wanted botox though I'm a ripe age of 26. The complex was beautiful and the office was welcoming. Dr. Walden introduced herself as my friend and I entered. A quick five minutes later I was escorted to a private room. Kristin met me there and began her intake consultation. I opened up to her about my problem areas and she was very helpful regarding skincare tips and answered all my questions about what botox entails without making me feel pressured. Dr Walden was called in to see me and Kristin relayed to her to all the pertinent information from our talk. Dr. Walden didn't recommend botox or fillers for me, which is appreciated that she didn't sell me procedures I don't need, but she did emphasize the daily use of sunscreen and importance of a nightly facial cleansing routine. She went into detail about the science of skin care and it was really helpful for someone to give me those facts. I walked away with two great products that were recommended, Elta foaming facial cleanser and Image skincare tinted moisturizer. I have been struggling with dry skin (more than normal) for the past month. I used the products last night and this morning and already received compliments on my "glow". I had the most pleasant experience and definitely will be returning to purchase more products and learn about other procedures. Go go go!
Dr. Walden is absolutely wonderful. I've been getting botox injections for years, but only since seeing Dr. Walden have I noticed OTHER people noticing how good my skin looks. My daughter's friend who is in her low 20s recently told me she can't believe I've never had anything done. I had to tell her im 54 years old- of course I have! (I'll be sending her to Dr. Walden in a few years, too). The office is beautiful and relaxing, as is her whole presence and demeanor. Dr. Walden really takes the time to listen and fully understand what you want and explains clearly what she thinks is best. She is so confident and reassuring when she's talking to you you will forget what you're even there for until it's over! I also love how open and frankly her staff discusses pricing. They get that it costs money and are always fair in their suggestions. I would recommend Dr. Walden to anyone. She also suggested that this winter we start some laser procedures for my age spots and sun damage. I can't wait to go back and get started on that to even out my skin tone and coloring. As a first-timer for anything involving a cosmetic procedure, I wanted to make sure I did my research completely before committing to a doctor. I actually heard through the Yelp vine about Dr. Walden and decided to call for a consultation. Her office was warm, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. I was actually very nervous, but the whole process and Walden's confidence made me feel as though I was in very good, confident hands. She recommended an eye lift to get rid of my drooping upper eyelids, something I had become insecure about. The results are amazing. I had about a 2 week recovery time for the (minimal) bruising to completely vanish. I look younger, and most off all have a more "awake" appearance. Dr. Walden does the most expert injections I've had, and that's coming from a California girl. 😉 I have the "elevens" between my eyebrows from frowning, and I like to get them touched up about twice a year. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Walden and this friend is definitely someone who's opinion I trust, as she's had Botox at several places in Austin. Since I'm relatively young, I like to do just a little bit, to achieve as natural of a look as possible. It was like Dr. Walden read my mind. She did just a tiny bit between my brows, and also suggested some on my (very faint) forehead lines. She said if I did my forehead now I won't need any more for a couple years at least. I trusted her, and I'm super pleased with the results. It was pretty painless, the results were quick and subtle, just how I wanted. Dr. Walden is the best of the best. She has an amazing staff that I have had the pleasure to work with over the last few years. Kristen Gunn, Terra Yeske and Erica are all incomparable medical aestheticians. She only works with the best in her office. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and and love what they do and are passionate about providing the best to their clients and maintain a huge and loyal following. I went in for lip filler (Juviderm) a couple weeks ago. I have problem lips from scar tissue from a dog attack many years ago, so I have bands of gristle running thru my lips which makes me more of a challenge. Dr. Walden was very strategic to my approach and took her time, stepping back and evaluating the shape and symmetry as she carefully injected. They turned out perfect, where's in the past with other doctors, I've had unevenness due to the scars and how the gel spread and set. Dr. Walden herself is very personable and experienced in all aspects of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments. She's very thorough in explaining the processes and exudes confidence. All surgeries are done in her office. Dr. Walden is my first choice of plastic surgeons in Austin, and she also has an office in Marble Falls. I plan to have a long ongoing relationship with her and her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came to Dr. Walden after visiting with several other plastic surgeons. The office and staff were great, they always returned my phone calls and accommodated several requests during my pre-op and post-op. I was very impressed with my friend's results that I decided to call and schedule a consultation with Dr. Walden. After experiencing not so great consultations with other skin care specialists, surgeons and offices around Austin, I decided to go with Dr. Walden. Pulling up to her office, she had her own private lot. Upon entering her office, I noticed how neat and very clean everything was. Dr. Walden and her staff were very professional and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. I initially went in for a chemical peel--The SkinMedica Vitalize Peel, which is great for use on problematic, sensitive or aging skin. It is effective in repairing photodamaged skin and reducing hyperpigmentation. The salicylic and mandelic acids in this peel work together to exfoliate the skin, decongest pores and reduce irritation. This light chemical peel helps improve the appearance of problematic skin and revitalizes sensitive skin. I loved the results! I will be back for other procedures as Dr. Walden informed me on the benefits of the BBL treatments on skin discoloration (something that expensive creams have not successfully resolved for me). Growing up, I didn't bother using sunscreen because I'm naturally tan and my skin never burned from tanning. Now at 26, I noticed that I have some sun spots and uneven skin texture from the years and years of tanning with no sun protection whatsoever. I googled some doctors and came across Dr. Walden's broadband light based treatments. Upon arrival for my consultation, her staff was very welcoming and friendly and shortly saw her after checking in. After only one treatment, the sun spots on my forehead and cheeks are no longer there and have faded away completely! My skin's texture has gotten reasonably more even and clear. This was a simple, quick and easy procedure and painless. I recommend anyone looking to treat age spots and uneven skin texture to see Dr. Walden for this procedure. She also informed me that this particular procedure can be used for a treatment for vascular lesions, acne, unwanted hair, and freckles!

Dr. Walden is an amazing doctor. She is a no nonsense, very smart, straight to the point , but yet very sweet and take her time with you. She will not suggest any other procedures that are not needed. For example, I came in for a Mommy Makeover and I assumed I needed a tummy tuck and lift and she let me know that I would do good with just lipo and a lift.. Knowing that a tummy tuck is more money that was not her goal or motivation.. She truly cares about her patients.. My body has some kind of reaction to certain procedures but because she is a true perfectionist she fixed what my body was not letting me do by performing touch up lipo. I am so please with Dr. Walden and I will be coming back to her office for future touch ups and I will refer anyone to her.. I have not even mentioned what an amazing staff she has from her front desk girl Hollis to everyone else that works there.. Truly professional and you WILL NOT be disappointed...
I had an under the muscle breast augmentation preformed by Dr. Walden May 2014. I consulted with a total of three physicians before making my final decision. From my first visit I was impressed with her knowledge and ability to explain the procedure in laymen terms as well as answer all of my questions and concerns. Her staff was friendly and attentive. The office space is very pretty with a welcoming environment. The breast augmentation took a few hours in her in-office surgery suite, I was able to go home shortly after waking. The next two days were uncomfortable but the pain was managed well with medicine Dr. Walden prescribed. I was only on pain meds for three days total! I did have to wear a strap around my upper chest to push the breast muscle down for two weeks. In my opinion the strap hurt way more than the actual procedure. I'm three and half months post op and I couldn't feel better about my appearance. My breasts look and feel very natural, even my lady friends have said they look fabulous. I'm so happy I decided to finally have this done, I would 100% recommend Dr. Jennifer Walden for breast augmentation.
I have been to Dr. Walden for everything from injectibles to plastic surgery (breast augmentation). I could not be more satisfied with the results. Dr. Walden is a perfectionist and highly skilled. I am sad to read the reviews from others that give her low ratings. It's hard to find a physician, let alone a surgeon, that has an exuberant personality. I have found Dr. Walden focused and reserved in my office visits, but I have always read this as a sign of her precision and constantly thinking about how she can approach my concerns. I went to several other surgeons before going to her for my breast aug, and she offered a different technique than the others and I am so happy I went with her and have the results I have.
I went to Dr. Walden for my Septorhinoplasty and she did an amazing job- I could not be happier. I had my procedure done when she was in NYC in the UES and the staff was great- no complaints.

So happy with my skin tightening results to my stomach so far. I'm not even half way done with my treatments and I already notice a huge improvement. Dr. Walden and her staff are awesome. I would highly recommend this practice.
This is a follow up to a review I gave Dr. Walden just after my breast implant surgery in August 2013. Since it's now been almost 8 months since my surgery, my implants have had the opportunity to "settle in" and I've pretty much forgotten about them, they just seem like a natural, beautiful part of me, like they've always been there. Recently however, I went for my annual breast exam at my OBGYN, the first since my implant surgery, and during the exam the nurse told me that she "sent her compliments to my surgeon for having done a beautiful job." That my implants felt so natural and it was quite easy for her to feel my natural breast tissue. Then just a few days later, my husband said something very similar...that my breasts felt so natural and that he thought my breasts were just gorgeous. Hey, what more can I ask for?! My doctor and my husband sending their compliments, all in one week! I am truly thankful for the beautiful work Dr. Walden did and while I continue to be more than pleased with Dr. Walden's excellent work! I am so glad I made the decision to have implants and the decision to use Dr. Walden as my surgeon. She did a gorgeous job! 🙂
After having a mastectomy/augmentation that I was very unhappy with. I visited Dr. Jennifer Walden; she did an amazing job correcting the issues I was so unhappy with. I would highly recommend her. She is an amazing Plastic Surgeon and her Staff are Awesome.
I visited three plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Walden. I wanted to get rid of my double chin, jowls and tighten up my neck. Dr, Walden said the neck lift would do these things and I would look 10 years younger. Boy was she right, I actually believe I look 20 years younger! Every morning when I look in the mirror I am pleased, I now have a defined jawline, no double chin or jowls. I had the surgery 2 years ago when I was 58, I am told I look like I am in my 40's but I am now 60! Dr. Walden even sent her nurse to check on me at my home the day after surgery. The staff is also really nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Walden!
I've had two procedures--breast augmentation/tummy tuck and lipo--with Dr. Walden and have been so pleased! She is very talented and kind. I also really like her office staff. I would recommend her to my closest friends and family members.
I never thought laser skin rejuvenation would correct my sun damage but guess what?? It did and I couldn't be happier. I have suffered from hyperpigmentation and uneven skin texture for years. Being a sun/baby oil worshiper in my teens didn't help matters now that I'm in my late 30's. My skin got even worse after I had my son. I have been to 2 skin care places in Austin which I won't name. The 1st place told me I wouldn't get results since my pigment was too deep. The 2nd place wanted thousands of dollars and couldn't tell me if it would get better or not. No thanks! I heard about Dr. Walden on the news and decided to give it one last ditch effort. I wasn't looking for a frou frou spa, I wanted results. During my consult I explained my past experiences and they looked at my skin and said there was a procedure called Microlaser Peel and BBL that would make a big impact. They spent time explaining what to expect to this otherwise MAJOR skeptic. I felt super comfortable with my visit so I booked the appt for the following Monday. EEEK! I was a little apprehensive but showed up. My appt took 45 minutes and I left looking sunburned but as the days progressed...2 to be exact...my skin began to flake off. I could totally see the pigment lifting. By day 4/5 my skin looked amazing and 45 days later it still does. While there is a tiny bit of pigment left, it's 85% better than before. My husband was AMAZED so I know it worked if he noticed a change, and so was I. I plan to schedule 2 lighter treatments (BBL I think, which they said won't cause as much redness) over the winter months to ensure the results stay. I'm super happy with the results and am kinda excited to see what my skin looks like as I continue treatments. I wish i could post my before/after pics on here, you would be amazed! Highly recommended!!
I have wanted a tummy tuck for as long as I can remember. Have always had a 'pooch' since I was an adolescent. After 2 kids, and a divorce, I decided now was the time. I lost 30 lbs and kept the weight off for a year and a half. After extensive research I decided on Dr. Walden. I have never been happier with any decision in my life! The results FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only is my tummy flat, but she did lipo on the sides to give an hour glass effect. WOW! I've never felt better or looked better in my life and I'm 42! Her demeanor is extremely professional, and very thorough with the care she provides. At no time in the process was I ever apprehensive or unsure what to expect. Her staff is caring and empathetic, and never made me feel unneasy with my many calls and questions. Highly, highly recommend to anyone considering ANY plastic surgery!!
I chose Dr. Walden to perform breast revision surgery in March 2013. I appreciated her professionalism and the fact that she actually listened to what I wanted (natural looking breasts). Another HUGE thing was the fact that she did the revision without having to do a "lollypop" incision (from middle of breast at bottom, up to and around the nipple) as another doctor had been certain was needed. Now over a year after surgery, I'm very pleased. My breasts look and feel SO much better. I'm so glad I found Dr. Walden! Her staff was very kind and discreet and patient with all my questions too.

My experience with Dr.Walden and her staff was fantastic! I had breast augmentation back in April. Dr. Walden was right on in her assessment regarding breast size. That was my biggest fear when considering breast implants. Dr. Walden took a lot of time measuring and photographing. I have to say, I could not be happier with my results! They look so real and NATURAL! I recieved the absolute best results possible. Her staff was always so sweet for all my follow-ups.
