Branched Chain Amino Acids
These three essential amino acids — valine, leucine, and isoleucine — are deemed “essential” because we must get them through diet, as the body doesn’t produce them. Branched chain amino acids (BCCAs) prevent fatigue and improve concentration. They improve exercise performance and reduce muscle breakdown.
This naturally occurring fatty acid is necessary for aerobic metabolism, the process of extracting energy from carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids. It neutralizes the damaging effects of stress and free radicals, and is considered to be an anti-aging compound.
Lipotropic compounds aid in body fat reduction and preservation of lean muscle tissue. When injected into the body, these non-vitamin compounds (MIC) stimulate the liver to break down fat, speed metabolism, and boost energy levels. Lipo-C includes these compounds: choline, carnitine, vitamin B1 (thiamine), and vitamin B5 (pantothenate).
