How Does Z Wave Reduce the Appearance of Cellulite?
During a Z Wave session, the 39 mm applicator head transmits radial shockwaves directly and with high precision into the tissue. These pressure waves trigger various reactions in the skin that improve skin structure, including the appearance of cellulite.
Z Wave does this in two different parts — positive pressure pulse and a comparatively small tensile wave component. The shockwave squeezes the surrounding tissue and breaks the grid structure of the molecules. The tensile wave leads to a collapse of the gas bubbles within the fat structures, a process known as cavitation. When the shockwaves are completed, the gas bubbles re-expand, and this destabilizes some of the fat cells.
