Due to an increased demand created by COVID-19, being an out-of-town patient can be as convenient as living locally. Dr. Walden’s office is prepared to assist you in all your needs from start to finish, and we are prepared to answer any inquiries you may have from reviewing patient photographs to scheduling your surgery. It is as easy as sending an email to get the conversation started! At that time, we can provide you with a list of a variety of hotel options which cover all budgets, as well as flight information and transportation options while in Austin.
As an out-of-town patient, you would need to arrive 1-2 days prior to the surgery date to meet with Dr. Walden and finalize your personal surgical plan. After your surgery, we can also help you coordinate a private duty nurse from our list of highly skilled caregivers if need be. What procedure you have done will dictate how long you will need to recuperate in Austin after the surgery.
