Dr. Jennifer Walden, board-certified female plastic surgeon in Austin, Texas, uses the latest techniques to safely reduce the size of the labia minora as well as perform labia majora reduction, external vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, autologous fat grafting to the labia majora (or outer lips), and PRP (The O-Shot) to the vaginal canal, around the urethra and clitoris for enhanced sensation.

A vertical wedge of labia minora tissue is removed, resulting in a small, nearly invisible scar that doesn’t run the entire length of the labia. The prepuce/clitoral hood is also usually hanging down and needs trimming as well to produce a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing result.

This procedure is also known as the Alter Wedge Labiaplasty. The labia minora are the smaller pieces of tissue situated inside the labia majora. Many of the women we speak with express dissatisfaction due to the labia minora extending lower and larger than the “lips” that are supposed to surround them. Labia minora reduction reduces the length and size of this tissue for a more proportionate appearance. Often, clitoral hood reduction is performed at the same time.

The recovery period involves 6-7 days of low-level activity, followed by two to three weeks off from the gym. We have experienced a very high patient satisfaction rate with this surgery.

This involves topical local anesthetic (& injected local if needed). W/ a blunt cannula I then inject under the top skin layer one of the hyaluronic acid fillers like @juvederm Voluma, Ultra Plus XC, or @therhacollection for male enhancement of girth mainly, & some length.

This treatment takes only 30 minutes & patients can resume normal activity after. Results are immediate, w/ full results seen in 3-4 weeks. Sexual activity can be performed about 4-5 days after treatment.

Since I use hyaluronic acid fillers for the J-Shot, patients have lower risk of issues over other more permanent methods, such as penile implants (which I don’t perform). HA is a naturally occurring substance in the body, so reactions are rare. These fillers are used across the face, lips & the back of the hands to replace volume, and areas such as the cheeks that are sunken.

This just got added onto my MUST DO list!

EMSCULPT NEO is the first and only non-invasive body shaping procedure that uses radiofrequency heating for

2. How does EMSCULPT NEO work?
EMSCULPT NEO is based on an applicator simultaneously emitting synchronized RF and HIFEM+ energies. Due to
the radiofrequency heating, the muscle temperature quickly raises by several degrees. This prepares muscles for
exposure to stress, similar to what a warm up activity does before any workout. In less than 4 minutes, the temperature
