We have the answer for you! Dr. Walden teams with Austin’s leading female general surgeon, Dr. Bridget Brady, for certain combined procedures in appropriate candidates. This includes tummy tuck with umbilical hernia repair, face and necklift procedures combined with thyroid surgery, and general diagnostic or therapeutic breast procedures combined with Dr. Walden’s implant placement, removal or exchange, breast reduction or breast lift.
Dr. Bridget Brady is board-certified in general surgery. She has a strong interest in endocrine surgery, including thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal procedures. Since completing her endocrine surgery fellowship in Germany, she has been performing many advanced endocrine procedures in Austin, including minimally invasive thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Using a much smaller incision well-suited for the typical cosmetic patient, these new procedures result in a significantly smaller scar and less pain than traditional surgery.
Dr. Brady also focuses on advanced laparoscopic procedures and on the surgical treatment of cancer, including cancer of the breast, head and neck, and colon. Her services to detect and treat breast cancer include the Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy and surgical preparation for MammoSite 5-day radiation treatment – both performed in-office.
