As a native Texan Dr. Walden relocated her practice to Austin in 2011, to have her children near family. Before her move back to Austin Dr. Walden trained at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and served at Lenox Hill Hospital as an attending surgeon and program director for aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Walden is one of the few board-certified female plastic surgeons in Texas and formally fellowship-trained in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Walden focuses on women’s health issues as they relate to self-empowerment, all facets of plastic surgery, and breast health. She specializes in cosmetic procedures including facelift, breast augmentation, liposuction, eyelid lift and rhinoplasty among others.
