Below is Heather’s story in her own words:
“I’m Heather. I’m 42 years old. I’ve visited Dr. Walden’s office for Med Spa treatments and other aesthetic procedures. I’ve visited with her skin care professional at 512 skincare and had some different facial treatments there and been so pleased with the staff. I had actually visited and been to many different MedSpas, dermatologists, had some treatments done and then just gone to consultations and asked about different procedures I might think about. Then when Dr. Walden moved back from Manhattan I was thrilled to have her back. When I thought about using her office and her services, I talked about different procedures I might want and I thought it was just perfect. She’s the best and I really believe she is one of the best plastic surgeons in the country. We’re so fortunate in Austin to have Dr. Walden.
She (Dr. Walden) is from Austin. She has that ‘small town’ Texas charm, but she has excelled exceptionally in a profession that is dominated by males as we know. You just go to her website, you don’t even have to go very far, to google Dr. Jennifer Walden. She has just done everything. I mean you sit in her lobby and see she has co-authored a plastic surgery textbook that is used in medical schools. You get a sense of how talented and educated she is from the very beginning before you even set eyes on her.
From what I understand, one of the plastic surgeons that she trained under and did a fellowship with is considered one of the finest plastic surgeons in the world. I know Dr. Walden was able to learn from the very best and being able to be trained further, on a fellowship level with Dr. Aston, I think has just taught her skills that very few plastic surgeons anywhere get to learn.
She (Dr. Walden) is very professional. Her staff is very professional. Questions are asked that hadn’t been asked by other surgeons I had talked too. She’s just very…(has) a wonderful bedside manner I guess is what you say. Some doctors just have it and some don’t. Being female, I felt so comfortable talking to her about my concerns.
Visiting Dr. Walden’s office and having some procedures done has completely changed my life. Not only do I look better, I feel better, I’m more confident, and this happened at a very critical time in my life. I’m now a single Mom. I just can’t thank Dr. Walden enough. If I would’ve known what I would look like and feel like 5 years ago, I would’ve told myself go have it done.”
