Yelp awards business two times a year with the “People Love Us on Yelp” accolade. This award is based on high quality reviews, photos, and easily accessible information to the consumer.
Yelp is an online tool, founded in 2004, to help people find great local businesses like restaurants, doctors, home services, and so much more! In addition to reviews, you can also use Yelp to find events, lists, and to talk to other Yelp users. Yelpers had written more than 102 million reviews by the end of March of 2016. However, Yelp isn’t just for customers – business owners can use Yelp, too! Every business owner (or manager) can setup a free account and post photos, reply to reviews, and message users. Business owners also have the option to post ads on Yelp. You can access Yelp either online or from your mobile phone. They have a Yelp app available for both iPhone and Android.
