Diagnosis: Bilateral retained saline breast implants, major breast asymmetry with bottoming out of breasts, double-bubble deformity of left breast, right breast ptosis, visible rippling and palpability of current subglandular implants after being operated on elsewhere.
Procedure: Bilateral breast implant exchange to silicone gel implants, bilateral lateral and inferior capsulorrhaphy (capsule repair), Strattice (acellular dermal matrix) placement to lower poles of breasts.
