Case Details

Age: 59 | Height: 5’5″ | Weight: 140

Diagnosis: Hypomastia with breast asymmetry and contour deformity from previous procedures elsewhere, history of breast implants and explantation due to capsular contracture, lipodystrophy of abdomen, bilateral flanks, bilateral thighs, bilateral bra rolls and back.

Procedure: Suction-assisted lipectomy of abdomen, bilateral flanks, bilateral lateral thighs, bilateral bra rolls and back. Autologous fat transfer to bilateral breasts for augmentation and correction of contour deformity.
